At 20, I wanted to change the world. I tried to do that by following everyone! Fashion, performance, success. The world changed me and made me sick! In fact, it was rather my lack of health and wellness knowledge that made me sick. And it looks like I'm not the only one to have taken this path…

Our world is sick! People are not well. Businesses are not doing well either. Even the planet is sick. We consume its resources too quickly when we should be its guardians. In this unprecedent consumption level of all kinds of processed, synthetic, and even toxic things in search of happiness, we often make ourselves sick. Interestingly, what's bad for the planet is also bad for us. So, what's good for the planet is also good for us! Take for example organic farming; it's good for our land and it's good for our body.

Our pursuit of happiness in success, money and power so valued by our society can add unnecessary stress affecting our physical and mental health.

Currently, we have all the knowledge necessary to change our trajectory. In fact, much of this knowledge has been around for a long time and has been passed down from generation to generation through the teachings of great sages and philosophers. Today, science has proven most of these teachings, but the principles are so simple that it seems like we are floating above this scientific wisdom.

In fact, more health professionals and researchers tell us that the majority of health problems are related to our environment. This means that it is possible to improve our condition if we have the necessary knowledge and a favorable environment.

Although we seek health more than ever, we seem to be sicker than ever. For companies, these statistics are catastrophic and manifest themselves in insurance costs, absenteeism, presenteeism and loss of productivity and creativity.

To these costs, we can add the turnover rate. Employees may leave because of toxic and dysfunctional workplace, they seek advancement or because they are unhappy thinking that it will be better somewhere else to find out later that their un happiness followed them.

Half of our Canadian government's spending is dedicated to our health care system. The majority of investments are in reaction rather than prevention. Do not wait for the costs of illness and business dysfunction in your business reach the same levels. It's time to change our approach !

Companies, by creating cultures of health and well-being (for oneself, others, and the planet) and by providing safe environments both physically and mentally, can completely change our trajectory and transform our society in an accelerated way. while having a positive impact in the lives of their employees, their families, and the people around them.

For example, a company may offer healthy eating education while also offering an exemplary cafeteria menu. Posters across the office can inspire time in nature and an active life. Working hours can be flexible. Leaders may have KPIs related to employee health and well-being just like Bhutan, in South Asia, which has diversified its performance indicators to include happiness. Since they focus on health and happiness, the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is growing.

I have a mix of unique skills that positions me perfectly to support companies in this transformation. With 25 years of business experience in organizational transformation and my last 10 years of research, trainings and experiences in integrative health, I have an in-depth knowledge of our human nature and our needs to live happy and healthy.

My own transformation is a testimony of this. At 40, I quit a high-paying job to move back with my parents as I was completely dysfunctional and sick. In fact, I thought I didn't have much time left to live. While waiting for death, I discovered the way to health.

I realized that change starts with me. I took full responsibility for my health and gradually began to apply my knowledge. One thing at a time. I reversed many conditions until I regained 100% of my vitality. At 50, I am proud to have changed my world and now helping others to do so. When you transform your life, you help change the world. We become the change we want to see in the world. I guide those who are ready to take responsibility for their health and take action. Seeing people regain their joy, health and vitality make me happy.

I want this knowledge to spread faster so that more people can regain their full power and live their best life by using their talents to help others achieve their full potential. I use my business and my health and well-being competencies to support companies in creating favorable and vibrant environments for individual and organizational health in a way to accelerate our collective health and happiness.

As a good change manager, I really enjoy and prioritize working with business leaders and entrepreneurs so that they can become role models for their organization. They have the potential to influence more people than me. It is an honor and a pleasure for me to be able to contribute in a positive way to their success.
